1. General Information
At Leyla Abiye, our goal is to ensure that your wholesale, retail, and export orders are delivered in the safest and fastest way possible. Shipments are initiated once the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
2. Delivery Time
Domestic Shipments: Products in stock are dispatched to the courier within an average of 3–7 business days from payment confirmation.
International Shipments (Export): Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and logistics planning. The average timeframe is 7–21 business days.
For custom-made or made-to-order products, the production time will be added to the delivery time.
3. Shipping and Logistics
We work with contracted courier companies for domestic deliveries.
For international shipments, we use global logistics companies and/or the shipping company requested by the customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, and other legal charges during transportation are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided in the order form.
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are not the responsibility of our company.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check the package for any damage upon delivery.
In case of a damaged package, request a report from the delivery personnel and contact us before accepting the product.
6. Delivery Coverage
Domestic shipments are available to all provinces in Turkey.
Export shipments are made in accordance with the list of countries we can deliver to and applicable legal regulations.
7. Special Conditions
For wholesale orders, the delivery schedule is determined in mutual agreement with the customer.
For certain large-volume orders, partial shipments may be arranged.
